Brittany has actively involved herself in residential real estate sales in the Tahoe Basin and surrounding areas since Fall of  2013, and property staging, decorating and design since 2010. She has been faced with many common and unforeseen challenges associated with properties in the Tahoe basin that have built her a strong foundation of knowledge pertaining to ever-changing federal and state ruling over the transfer of properties. Brittany’s experiences instilled in her strong work ethics, extreme attention to detail and care for all things property related.   She works with both buyers and sellers and makes it her absolute goal to follow the code of ethics set forth by the National Association of Realtors. Now, as a full-service real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. Here is a list of only some that I can help you with:

  • Residential Single Family –

    This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.

  • Condominiums –

    While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I can help you in evaluating condos for buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

  • Multi-family –

    Multi-family properties are a unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are complicated, but also very rewarding.

  • Vacant Land –

    Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land.
